Stronger Community Support

Full Implementation Plan (2026-2031)

Timeline: Years 1-5*

Goal Statement:

Build a ward where no one is left behind, where elders are respected and cared for, youth are empowered with skills and opportunities, and everyone can move around safely and with dignity.

Why This Matters for Feydhoo-Magudhoo

A community is only as strong as how it treats its most vulnerable members. Our elders built this ward. Our youth are its future. And every resident, regardless of age or ability, deserves to move through public spaces without fear or difficulty.

This pillar is about practical, visible support that touches lives directly.

Legal Basis Summary:

Under the Decentralization Act (Law 7/2010), councils are mandated to foster social well-being and create safe, healthy environments. All programs here fall within this mandate. Spending follows Public Finance Act requirements, and programs are subject to Audit Act oversight.
